CYRUS PERKINS AND THE HAUNTED TAXI CAB
One of my long time pals and collaborators Dave Dwonch has launched a Kickstarter for his upcoming book CYRUS PERKINS AND THE HAUNTED TAXI CAB. It's a great project and one that was born of crazy circumstances so pop over to his KS site to check it out.
I did an illustration to help support the book but I *think* it's already been claimed at this point. Check it out below:
It gave me a chance to work on clayboard again, which I always really like. I've been wanting to do some covers with this medium, hopefully one day soon.
Lastly but not leastly, my wife and I will be walking the annual SF Brain Tumor Awareness walk in a couple weeks in honor of her sister. It's a fundraiser, so take a second and check out our sponsor page when you have a minute:
It's a great cause and one that is obviously very personal to us. When we were working up shirt designs to help raise money a while back, I'd drawn the one below up but I don't think it got used. It always reminds me of the event and so I post it often when talking about the walk.
